How to Order

To make it less daunting, we've broken the ordering process down into several steps so you know what to expect in advance

1. Create your design

This can be done using a number of programs. See our artwork guidelines for required specifications.

2. Choose your print item

Decide what item you want to print onto and amount required, including other options such as colour, size etc.

3. Pick your print colour(s)

Most colours and various finishes including metallic, matt, gloss and holographic are available.

4. Request a price

Send us these details, along with the exact size (height and width) of the total area of your design/text (not the item size) for costing the printing plate.

5. Receive your quote

We'll check availability of your chosen items and email you a quote for your order. This will include plate manufacture, materials and printing (excluding delivery).

6. If you're happy...great!

Email us your artwork for approval, with your quote ref number. If you decline, we'll be sad but we wont be offended or hassle you to change your mind...that's just not cool.

7. Make payment**

Once your design has been checked and approved for printing plate manufacture, you'll receive an invoice via email. This will need to be paid before we start processing your order due to costs involved.

8. Relax

Have a brew, or go for a ride. Upon the arrival of your printing plate(s), we get to work hand-printing your order. When it's ready, we'll send you an email to let you know, along with the delivery cost.

9. Receive your order

Once the delivery cost has been paid, your order will be sent on it's journey and delivered to you by your chosen method. You may also collect your order (by arrangement) free of charge.

* If your email provider doesn't like larger file sizes, you can always send them to us using a free service like WeTransfer or Firefox Send.

** We currently use PayPal to securely accept payments from your card without ever seeing your payment details. We can also accept payments via PayPal invoicing and bank transfer (depending on your bank, this may delay your order due to the extra time taken for funds to clear).

How we get your order to you

For peace of mind, all orders are sent out via a recorded delivery service requiring a signature upon receipt.
Our standard delivery services are shown here, although if we find better rates elsewhere, we'll let you know when we calculate your delivery charge. (No profit is made on delivery)

You can also (by arrangement) collect your order in person or arrange collection by your own courier if you wish. There is no charge for collections.


The cost of delivery is dependant on the following:

  • Total weight
  • Package size
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery service chosen

Full Colour Print

1. Create your design

2. Order your item

Select your chosen item from our shop section and make payment via the secure checkout.

3. Send your print-ready artwork *

Put your artwork in a zip file and send with your oder number to the email address stated in your order confirmation email.

4. Approve PDF proof **

When your payment has cleared, we'll email you a PDF proof for you to check and approve before sending to print.

5. Relax

Have a brew, go for a ride, or just put your feet up. We'll crack on with getting your order printed.

6. Stay updated

We'll keep you updated via email on the progress of your order, and let you know when it's heading your way.

* If your email provider doesn't like larger file sizes, you can always send them to us using a free service like WeTransfer or Firefox Send.

** Proofs are only sent for non-litho printed items such as mugs, bar blades, coasters etc. Artwork for paper and card printing is treated as 'print ready'. Please be sure to read our artwork guidelines for required specifications, although we do have some print templates which are already set to the correct sizes and bleed.

Please note that due to the high costs involved, unfortunately we currently only deliver to addresses within Mainland UK.
